Had an incredible New Year experience in a hotel located just a block away from a stunning beach, lots of restaurants, and shops. Rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious, offering a lovely view of the garden. the local staff was kind and accommodating, always doing their best to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Complimentary coffee and water was a nice touch.

Very clean, relaxed hotel. Welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful island trip arranged. Unbelievable water, like a dream. Lovely double room with balcony. Outdoor ensuite bathroom. Daily room cleaning. Plentiful bottled water. Great breakfast.

the hotel is impeccably clean and staff are friendly and helpful. the room facilities and outdoor bathroom are great, and the daily cleaning service is a great touch. Breakfast includes tasty options. the hotel is close to beautiful beaches, shops and cafes, and diving and snorkeling tours can be arranged. the little island just off the coast is a must-see, with crystal-clear water. We highly recommend this hotel.

The communication with the staff needs improvement.

We had a great time at the hotel. The cleanliness exceeded our expectations, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming, and their hospitality made us feel at home. We were happy with the location as it was close to the beach and many local cafes.

For us, it was ideal.

Christmas decorations were impressive and gave the place a festive vibe. The dinner was great and they even served traditional dishes. During the day, it was nice to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery. The location was perfect since it's just a short walk to the beach and a few local stores. We also enjoyed the free activities that were provided, particularly the sunset cruise and snorkeling.

The staff seemed indifferent and not very accommodating. They didn't seem to have genuine Christmas spirit, and some of them were not very friendly.
